I love all these haircuts. Simonandhallie, that's the perfect length. They are so cute. And feminvstr, you are a pro.

We cut Eddie short because snow clings to longer hair, but even in a warmer climate, I don't think my wife and I would have the patience to brush him as often as needed to keep long hair looking good. I've got nothing but respect, though, for those who adhere to the breed standards.

We usually tell the groomer to cut it at 1/2 inch. One time, we did a quarter inch. It looked short, but it grew back fast.
