Prayers are going out for you and your little family. I too, had a bit of a dilema this year. Figured that I should just apply and take a position with another company, I gave up 12 yrs of seniority, a permanent full time position for a 1 yr term. My old boss was making my life unbearable.. putting unreasonable demands on me and it was taxing my family and my emotional and physical well being. It is hard to see it sometimes but I believe things really are in HIS plan for us. We just have to keep our trust and belief in him.
