I agree. Report him. Every state has certain standards of care for dogs, but they don't have inspectors that can go to all the kennels to make sure they are following the law. It's up to you and everyone who sees animals who are being abused to report them.
Feeling sorry for the puppy and bringing him home won't solve anything. It will only put money in the pocket of this horrible breeder and guarantee that he'll keeping breeding. You need to try to shut him down, not support him, no matter how hard it is to walk away. |
