Has she lost all of her baby teeth? If not, then she's probably teething and I wouldn't worry. Maybe give her a cold wet rag to chew on (nothing good, just a cheapy) or get her a teething toy to chew on to make her gums feel better. If she's not teething, then I would take her to the vet.... she may be in need of a dental. Is it a lot of blood or just a few spots here and there?
