Unless you are seeing a really large amount of blood, I would assume that she is just teething. Usually, it's more common for them to lose their teeth at a younger age but I have heard of some that haven't started losing them until later. There is a good chance that you won't even find any of the teeth! They are so tiny that they just end up swallowing the majority of them, or they'll get lost in your carpet, etc..
If you look in her mouth, you might notice that she's already lost some? You should watch to see if she has any "double" teeth, adults that come in before the baby tooth falls out. It is pretty common in small dogs to have to have a few of these pulled. Most people have this done at the same time they spay or neuter.
Let her keep her toys. The more she chews, the quicker they will fall out and the chewing probably feels good to her. You can freeze a wet washcloth for her to gnaw on to relieve pain or try a frozen carrot.
