If you are going to live in Hurricane Alley, then FEMA should have separate places for pets while a hurricane is going on. They have plenty of money to do that. Hopefully, with this petition, it will open a few eyes and see what needs to be done. Austin did it. Hooray for Austin! At least one city got it together.
