I can't tell you how many times Merlot has helped himself to goodies off of the cabinet. You would think I learned my lesson. Just the other day I left an italian puff pastry on the counter wrapped in foil for my boyfriend to have while I was at work. When I came home he said that he never got it. Turns out Merlot had a nice lunch and left foil all over the living room floor.
