I have a Basset (Flash) and she gets along great with my Yorkies. She's a little more energetic than the stereotypical, laid back Basset, but my 3 don't seem to mind too much. As long as the dog gets along well with dogs, I would think they'd be just fine together.
(Don't ask me what she is doing with her eye in this picture!?)
