The tank is on 0, so it is out.

We have to use propane also and our company told us to shut off the main at the tank and to phone them right away if we ever had the smell of propane and they would check to make sure there was no leak.

Curious how one can smell the propane if there is no leak? Did they physically check out the tank to be sure?
