It's quite normal for puppies this age to regress in all of their training. A lot of people consider 8-12 months the "teenage" years. This is when the dog gets comfortable and starts to test his/her boundaries. I would suggest starting over in all of your training. I know it's frustrating but in the long run, keeping up with this will benefit you greatly.

Since she seems to not be pottying outside on her own, try putting her on a leash and walking her around. Franklin and Maggie do not potty on their own when we visit my parent's home (backyard). They're too interested in the new smells and things. We have to literally walk them around. It keeps them focused on what they need to do.
