How old is she?
How much does she weigh?
Has she ever had blood work and is it always normal?
When is the last time she pooped and peed? Is she going normally?
Is she throwing up?
Are you sure she isn't cold or scared?
Has she ever had blood sugar issues?
Did this start after a food change?
Have you felt her all over to make sure she isn't in pain?
Are her gums nice and pink?
I have no idea what it is but my suggestions is to go to the vet (today) and get blood work done.
