I don't know what your price restrictions are but I got my 5th grade nephew The Dangerous Book for Boys. He loves it. Its got the most random assortment of cool "boy stuff". Like best paper airplane ever. The Navajo (?) code talkers in the war. All the rules to soccer and how to play. I think there is a pocket version too which is like 10$ the full size book was about 20$ Depends on the type of kid you're buying it for. But It is a wonderful gift.
