My Mahina fell off the bed once or twice when she was a puppy(when I first got her, she's still a puppy lol)... after that she wasn't allowed on unless I was awake. I got a ramp and now she runs up and down that.
One thing that scares the heck out of me though is when she's playing with my cat, she gets really into it, and my cat just jumps off the bed (cuz well she's a cat lol). She'll jump off my bed too. It's about 32inches high and it makes me so mad when she does it! I'm so scared something is going to happen to her. It doesn't even bother her at all... she just jumps and continues playing.
I've stopped her a few times but she's so fast! I don't know what else to do, she knows to go around on the ramp.
She's also chewed through the laptop cord... there was multiple attempts to chew through it all along the cord. I thought I had it where she couldn't get it, well when I came home it was completely chewed through. God forbid she chewed the other side through and she wouldn't be here now. Well, 80 bucks later to replace it I now put it in a drawer when I leave.
I'm glad I picked a bigger pup... she's about 5.5lbs at 5 months. I'd be even more of a nervous wreck if she was really tiny.
