i have never had a small dog, i have a border collie and german shepard, so tyson is going to be a lot smaller. i have a few concerns tho and hope its just me being a worrier

1: i was told he was ready to leave mom but that he had just had a suckle off his mom
2: i was told he didn't yet eat dry biscuits unless wet and mashed and stole his moms weebox food
3: he can lap ok but seems to gum his food and has a hard time trying to eat it(wet puppy food)


i was prepared for the whining as i knew he would need to settle in. i just want to be sure he was big enough to leave mom and if i need to do anything to his food
