I had to actually pick mine up and bring her outside last night! ...sometimes she will pee in the shoveled snow section or she will go through the snow to find her special spot and then when she is doing her business tries to lift her paws up and almost falls down sometimes. my sheltie however LOVES the snow and will trot around in it and play ..
