I've only bought a couple of used items on Ebay and made sure the Seller had a 100% rating. I also made sure the item was described as "excellent". "Good" to me is only average condition.
When something is sold as used, I think it might be hard to dispute the condition. I suspect leaving negative feedback would be your only recourse. |
Sometimes though, people will leave negative feedback back... I had that happen to me. I ordered something for my mom like 2 months before mothers day and didn't get it until like a month after. I kept emailing them asking if it's been shipped and all that and they never replied back to any of them, so when I finally got it, I left a negative feedback and they did it back for no reason. I paid them immediately and did everything I was supposed to do as a buyer.
