hmmm, interesting. I wonder, could she not be finishing each time you take her out at night so then she still feels the need to potty when you are back inside? Could it be that something is worrying her more at night (in the dark) so that she's more focused on that instead of 'doing her business'? Does she act differently when she's outside during the day as opposed to at night?

I'll be curious to see what others have to say.
