It really does look horrible. You can try dispute. I received good results from it. After contacting the seller numerous times without an answer I filed a dispute and you have to wait till the person either says something refund etc. If they do not answer you will receive your money back and the seller will be penalized. The seller I used refunded me the shipping which was more than the carrier. I guess she didn't want to lose her account but she ended up losing it anyway after doing others how she did me. The item I had brought was new. I have not brought anything used on their yet.
