 Does this warrant a paypal dispute?
I won an ebay auction for a Graco baby jumper...like a johnny jump up. I was getting it for my granddaughter. The description said, "Good used condition." I got it today and it is filthy! I have never seen anything as filthy. Wouldn't good used condition mean that it is usable as is? I only paid $8.50 for it and $12 shipping, so it's not a huge amount, but I am so totally disgusted! I messaged the seller and told them it was filthy and I want my money back, and that if they want the thing back, they can pay the postage. I also told them if they don't want to do that, I'll file a paypal dispute. I've never done that before...is it a lot of headache or what...and would they agree that being filthy isn't a part of "good used condition?" I took some pictures...have a look... |
