I have a Chloe too. She loves to go for walks outside and stare ( and bark ) at Christmas lights. She looks so cold to me even bundled in her winter coat....When I think she is getting to cold I bring her in and she goes right back to the door wanting out . Does she not understand It's COLD outside !!!
She is potty pad trained so when we go for walks she pees really quick , I think she thinks she is getting away with something by peeing outside
