There are 3 home cooking recipes and a raw recipe. I highly recommend anyone interested in dog nutrition or health subscribe to WDJ. This is not a magazine. They are not supported by ads, only subscriptions, and their authors are some of the best and well educated experts out there but it is written for dog owners. Their website is Whole Dog Journal is the monthly guide to natural dog care and training. And no I don't work for them or anything, I have just been a loyal subscriber for years!
