The only advice I can give is don't buy from a petstore or a puppymill. Ask the breeders lots of questions and expect that the breeders will want to ask you questions if they are reputable.
Have you looked on petfinder.com?? Many reputable rescues have yorkies listed. Maybe there's one in your area.
