They are called lactase and are located in the aisle with the medication for upset stomach, constipation that sort of stuff. They really help for me. I can pretty much eat any milk based product if I take 1 or 2 pills first. I carry them in my purse because even a slice of pizza will set me off. I use the generic kind they are cheaper and work just as well. Good luck!
