OK, I had to laugh a bit because cold in TX and cold in MN are two very different things!!
And our little one LOVES the cold. It was -2 out today and Gracie didn't want to come inside
However, I always make sure she is at least as warm as I am, which means she wears a sweater at all times and the warmest coat I could find for when she goes out. we are working on getting her to wear boots outside but she isn't much up to the idea. all I have to say is LAYERS!! that is what we humans do in MN and it works for the dogs too!
