If she has worms you will see it. Check her bedding and her behind. Recently toby I guess had eaten a flea somewhere (probably when I took him to be neutered) and it turned into tapeworms. I saw him scoot but thought it might be a dingle berry. Well later that night when he was laying near me I saw something that looked like a grain of rice on him..then after further inspection I found a few more near his bum and on his tail. I never experienced that before so I thought it could have been something he sat on in the yard and it got stuck to his coat . Well nope turned out it was tapeworms. So keep a good eye. If it's tape worms there are over the counter meds you can treat him with and avoid the vet. I am making it a practice every 3 months to worm my guys.

Normally if you give dry food it helps to keep them regularly emptying out their anal sacs.
