Thanks to everyone who answered my previous questions - but my darling husband has now decided that if we get Lucy (6 months) a little brother, they will (between them) create a 'Yap Fest' for our neighbours.

I'm so set on Lucy having a little pal, but equally, I don't want to create problems ... so cananyone (the more the better) convince my dh that having Lucy and a baby will not make our neighbours' lives a misery? Please help!
