My boys LOVE it! I let them out nekkid though. Only for a few mins but I usually have to call them in. Try letting the girls out nekkid, see if they like that vs being bundled up and not having their full range of motion. I know it sounds weird but maybe they don't like bundled up more than they don't like the snow. I found that to be the case with my boys. They hate clothes. bummer because they look sooo cute in them!
