Sadie just turned 4 yrs...she has been sleeping with us since she was 1...Lillie(2yrs) has always slept in her crate. She is smaller than Sadie and likes to sleep between us...I am afraid that she will get crushed. So...it's for her safety. Although...We live in Gardner Mass...we were hit pretty bad with the ice storm that went through here...we lost all our power for 5 days. It got really really cold in the house. Even though I put sweaters on the girls they were shivering. I did put Lillie in the bed with us for a few days. Of course I didn't get much sleep! Now we are back to normal and she is back in her crate.
