Baron and I hate Puppy Mills. His Papillion brother came from one and has patella problems, a deviated septum and is 15 Plus pounds. Sammy is the love of our lives but has so many problems. We want to close down pet shops that sell puppies and PUPPY MILLS!! We live in Lancaster County and that's all that's in the paper!! Please buy your dogs from a reputable breeder!!!
