I agree that bumps under the incision are extremely common and usually nothing to worry about, however, some can be problematic and only an experienced vet can tell you if they are okay. Ellie had tons of small bumps under her incision (probably from the internal stitches) and one large one probalby half the size of a marble (turned out to be okay). The problem is that they can get abcessed under the skin from the whole ordeal, especially if they mess up the stitching, so it is always best to ask your vet. I would be more concerned about one large bump than several small ones...
