If he has just started having seizures, it is unlikely he has epilepsy. The onset of seizures in a ten year old dog are usually a symptom of something else. Unfortunately, the number one cause of seizures in a dog that age is a brain tumor. That would certainly explain his abnormal behavior and could explain his loss of vision.
