get her some baby food meats, and mix a little with some ground steak. Do whatever it takes regardless of price to get her in the habit of eating right. Do not give any type of commercial type treats. You can try her on yogurt and cottage cheese. Even yogurt cheese is good for her. Try a scrambled egg with a little cheese.
