Parti's are yorkies with a color fault and yes if the breeding pair is AKC registered...so may the puppies. This disqualification is in relation to showing. They can't be shown. Some breed parti to parti...and some breed parti to carriers. The latter doesn't always produce parti colored puppies.
Biewers originated in Germany and aren't recognized by AKC. They have been accepted into rare breed groups and are allowed to be shown there.
