What pancrease specific test was run? With my Sissy, we ran the CPL and TLI along with Cobalamin and Folate.

What we came to find out is that Sissy is in very early stage Protein Losing Enteropathy, which is a very severe intestinal disease. Usually it is not diagnosed until very late stages where nothing can be done.

Her TLI and Folate were high, Cobalamin low, along with a high Lipase level and immune systems markers off.

I have had two consultations with Nutritionist Susan Davis out of CA. Sissy is on several supplements along with a specific diet and then will be retested after three months. Both the nutritionist and our vet expect her levels to normalize.
