No flooding yet (knock on formica desk)!!! I hear you are getting a ton of rain! Of course, when it rains here in the desert, it's kind of exciting - everyone is all talking about it and excited that it's "grey" outside, lol!
I love those shelves - we use the white coated-wire ones (
like this, but long and deep), so they can still see through them, but the wires are maybe an inch apart - so they work great.
