LOL miss buffey does the same darn thing! it has gotten better since we stopped using latex bands and started using the fabric covered elastics instead
she usually does it when she is really tired and grumpy...and after she is done and her hair is covering her eyes, i just say, "fine!!! not my problem if you cannot see anything"
and then i give her a big smooch
