Someone had posted a video of someone grooming their pup prior to a showing and he did spray on added color to make the blue more blue and the tan more tan. He even used a flat iron on the coat; Maybelline will not stand still for the hair dryer much less a flat iron LOL. That has been several months ago, but someone may remember where it was posted.
