WEll he look at her and gave her the shot and checked her leg and that was it, I don't see why we had to questioned her papers of he would had to, the paper work stated very clear that she was supposed to be spayed. in their rules said that no dog is adopted out without being spayed or neutered first. But since they are a shelter I don't know what we can do.
