We were going to and we applied but I guess they didn't feel like I was a good enough home for him. It was actually a really frustrating experience. We have two Yorkies, I am involved with rescues here, and I am home most of the day except for when I'm gone for class which is normally no more than 4 hours. On top of that my boyfriend is here usually when I'm gone so the dogs are rarely home alone.
The lady told me she wanted someone who was home a lot and had experience with blind/disabled dogs.
I have lot of experience with rescue dogs, which require just as much time. Whatever.
