Alot has to do with the bloodlines that are behind your puppy, some of the show lines do have longer legs than others.
Without seeing your baby it is hard to say if his/her legs are too long so to speak. You have to look at the total package, which should be one of balance with the legs both front and back being level creating a level top line.
I'm no expect by far but this is my thoughts on the question that you posted.
