Your baby is beautiful...Don't let the opinion of a obviously unqualified stranger make you feel bad about your beautiful girl. Yes some tiny "teacup" dogs are more expensive , but that's only because people ( like me ) who don't know any better buy the sales pitch and buy the dogs.. For her to even say anything to you like that should let you know the kind of person or breeder (and I use that term very loosely) she is , so don't give her a second thought.
