I truly understand. I know you want what is best for your baby. I am glad you have talked to the vet about her and that he is advising you. Do you have any recourse with the people your son got her from? I sure would be making some waves about them and if I were you I would try to get some money from them to cover her spay. I have heard of this happening to other people where they were told their dog was spayed when it was not. I don't understand why people can't just be honest. I do hope you keep us posted on how things go. If you need any advise on whelping or puppy rearing then we will be here for you. Hugs.
