I always take a baby bag with me. It has an extra leash and harness since my boys chew theirs all the time. It has stufffed squeaky toys, food, their vaccination paperwork, their diapers and some of the liners for them, an empty bowl for water, some poop bags, treats and a brush. In winter I throw in their little sweatshirts. It has come in handy a lot of times. If anything happens to me also I can get someone to come pick them up and take them immediately without having to take the extra trip to my house. I think it is a responsible thing to do!
