I wouldn't take him outside until he's had all of his shots but I'm a little paranoid because Franklin got parvo when he was a puppy..

I don't think it being cold makes a difference. Dogs don't really catch "colds" like we do. They can get kennel cough but that is transmitted from other dogs..
