This breaks my heart. You know, we get all sorts of crap for trying to educate people against purchasing from bad breeders and pet stores, as well as others just randomly breeding their dogs because they think they are "cute." People think we're being "mean" or "rude" but it posts like this that make me want to keep on keepin' on..

I am so sorry you and your girl are having to go through this. I actually have two friends (Delisa2850 and Mxkids) who have gone through this surgery with their babies just this year. Roxy and Tucker are both doing GREAT now and you're baby will too. Thank God you caught it quickly- the prognosis is really, really good when you catch it quickly and there is little little muscle atrophy.

Please contact Delisa or Robin for support with this treatment- I know there is many more on here that have gone through the treatment and the babies are doing great. Good luck!!!

PS- I know you didn't buy from a pet store or broker, but I'm just saying many do and end up with these problems.
