Please help! My little guy who is 7 months old is almost 100 percent house trained. He uses his paper and goes outside. He doesn't mind the cold, goes out in the snow but hates the rain. If there is a trace of rain and the ground is a little wet, he runs back inside. He'll use his paper consistently for his poo, but that's about it. He keeps peeing on the floor. I've tried placing him outside on the grass, but he turns around and runs back in the house. I'm getting very frustrated. Any suggestions?
