Thanks everyone. I heeded your advice and ask the vet for an emergency consultation. Nicky had an ear infection and his vet put him on Tresaderm for 3 weeks.
The vet said that this usually happens because of water in the ear doesn't evaporate in them as it does in ours. The hairs have to be plucked out so that air can flow in there.
