Does anyone know if eBay has a telephone number or chat (like they used to)? I emailed them a few days ago and haven't received a response. It's been within the allotted time.
The reason I'm asking is I recently bought something and wasn't happy so I left negative feedback. Now, the seller assaulting me and sending me vulgar emails!
Any advice?
