You could try some canned puppy food. Make sure you are using a high quality food.
Be very careful if using a syringe, you can cause more problems if you don't know what you are doing
Get some nutrical or Karo syrup, it will help if the puppy gets hypoglycemia. It also help to stimulate appetite.
