That is crazy.. That happened to me last year.. i was driving on a mjor highway at 3:00 PM and an unmarked car pulled me over.. He had red and blue lights and a siren so I thought it was legit.. I pulled over and waited... SOme random guy came out and told me that next time if i cut him off, he'll report me to the police and then he got back in his car and drove off.. I called 911 from my phone (without realizing about *677.. I am lucky it was in the afternoon with alot of people around but those people are idiot.. Be careful ladies!!
